• Payments for consultations and services must be made in full before or at the time of the service, unless agreed otherwise.
• We may offer installment payment plans, subject to approval and terms.
• Payment details are processed securely, and we do not store credit card information.

• You may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to fees.
• Refunds will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.

• All content on OnlineClinics.com, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of OnlineClinics.com and protected by copyright laws.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
